You can install a free screen and video recording extension for your browser called Loom (loom.com) where you'll easily be able to record your screen as you navigate around Dailybreak for us to see the problem step-by-step.
How to use Loom:
Install the free extension for your browser here.
Once installed, simply begin recording your screen by clicking on the Loom icon on the top right-hand corner of your browser page.
Once you are finished recording, just send us the link to your Loom video and you're done!
If not, you can simply record the problem on your device and reply back with the video or photo.
